Nicholas Zorab Estate Agents Advertising
A local Estate Agency we originally designed a new Corporate Identity for. In keeping with other design work for the client, they asked us to create a design template for a series of adverts. We created these in quarter, half, full and double page designs so that we could cover every eventuality for local advertising. It then was a simple case of dropping in the pictures and text on a weekly basis and sending directly to the publication.

What we wanted to achieve
We wanted to create a clean look for the client which stood out amongst the other agents advertising alongside. This would make things easily recognisable for many readers and as a premier house agent the large pictures showed off the properties at their grandest.
