Clear Residential Lettings Identity
This property management company came to Southbank with the request for a new Corporate Identity which would launch their new company, a lettings agency in the heart of Southampton. They wanted an identity as young and dynamic as their team. After finalising the identity we moved onto other areas such as folders, lettings boards and adverts. We then carried the design through to their brand new website.

What we wanted to achieve
We created a clean, bold image and with the bright background, an identity that would stand out on the high street and against its competitors. As this was a new venture we also advised the client where they could save money with options such as smaller runs and digital print.
