Older Musician of the Year
Why should the young have it all their own way? Stannah Stairlifts and acclaimed professional chamber orchestra Southern Sinfonia have joined forces in the hunt for gifted musicians aged 60 and over who are keen to demonstrate their musical talent. The winner of this competition will be crowned Stannah Stairlifts Older Musician of the Year 2006. Southbank were asked to design the logo and all the promotional material for this great event.
What we wanted to achieve We incorporated a treble clef into the 'o' of 'older' in the logo to give it that instant musical feel. The poster and information leaflet reflect the prestigious nature of the competition while also feeling welcoming to any 'would be' Acker Bilks and Yehudi Menuhins. Our excellent print buying power enabled Southbank to give the client even more for their money.
