A childcare support agency client who came to Southbank to design all their marketing material which we did, we then set about a total redesign and implementation of their website. |
What we wanted to achieve
The client had a very basic website before we were asked to look at the new design, we wanted them to take control of this by using our editor. The client had daily and weekly announcements plus job opportunities, these could all be added by the client. We designed a job opportunities form, where the visitor could fill in a questionnaire and then search and attach a CV document from their hard disc. The email and attachment were then contained and then sent to the HR department.
This speeded up the selection process as the person applying could fill in most details online.
The site has case studies and a news section where the client can add new content daily, this gave the site a fresh look when visitors returned, not to mention new items for them to read. The look and feel of the site was very important to us and our client. We were able to utilise a lot of the on-site photography we did for the brochures and other marketing material in a way which is not to intrusive to the subject.
